Foundation cracks can be caused by soil movement, excessive water pressure, temperature variations or material aging. When water penetrates, it compromises the structural integrity of the building.
Depending on accessibility and the severity of the crack, we offer either interior or exterior repair.
For exterior repairs, we excavate down to the footing of the foundation. The crack is opened and cleaned, then an A-B epoxy mixture is applied directly to the surface.
A Blueskin membrane and a Delta MS drainage panel are then installed to ensure proper waterproofing. This system provides strong protection against water infiltration.
When excavation is not possible, we perform interior repairs by sealing the cracks using drilling techniques and high-performance materials. The goal is to stop water infiltration and reinforce the affected area.
